Aeronautics: Morocco records growth of more than 20% in 2 years

According to the Group of Moroccan Aerospace Industries (GIMAS), the sector is growing over the last two years by more than 20%, with skilled jobs of 17,500, 42% of which are women, and a local integration rate of 38%.

GIMAS explains that the keys to success are undeniably the exceptional partnership between the federation, the Ministry of Industry and state organizations, which has become a model in the industrial field. “This has allowed major advances in the various ecosystems of the industrial acceleration plan and in the field of training”.

As a reminder, with more than 130 members out of the 140 companies surveyed, GIMAS represents more than 97% of the turnover and the workforce of the sector.
