A change of identity and new trophies, but still the same highlighting of advertising creation on the continent. The African Cristal Media & Advertising Summit, formerly the African Cristal Festival, is holding its 2019 edition from June 13 to 16 in Marrakech under the theme of “Positive Brands”.
The world of advertising and communication is used to meet twice a year, in winter and summer, for business meetings and the distribution of awards for the most striking ideas and cultural specificities of the African advertising world.
At the helm of the jury, Emeka Okeke, Founder, Managing Director of Media Fuse Group Dentsu Aegis Network Nigeria and Director of Dentsu Aegis Network Ghana. To his credit, the creation in 1999 of the first network of independent media agencies, Premier MediaCompany Ghana, now called Vizeum Ghana, which supports the development of professional media planning and communication practices in this part of the Africa world.
At his side, jurors like the executive producer at Bigfoot Films in Cairo, Egypt, Ahmed Azmi, who has placed himself, in the BW report, at the top of the top 10 producers in the region Mena, or a professional of the support for brands in the digital age, Sanaa Bousbai for L’Oréal Morocco.
