Agreement between CDG Capital and IFC (World Bank)

Today, CDG Capital and IFC (International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for their Pubic-Private Partnership (PPP) Consultancy activity.

This memorandum establishes the basis for collaboration and cooperation between CDG Capital and the IFC. Thanks to the complementarity of their respective expertise, the two institutions will be able to jointly provide financial advisory services, to the ministries, public companies or public sector agencies of the Kingdom, for the structuring in PPP of infrastructure development and development projects of public services.

Mr. Hamid Tawfiki – Managing Director CDG Capital: “PPPs are expected to play a key role in financing national ambitions, we are committed to contributing to the emergence of a sustainable and efficient model for structuring and financing these projects”.
