Airbus analyzes Morocco’s needs

The aircraft manufacturer Airbus estimated Wednesday in Casablanca that Morocco will need 260 additional aircraft by 2038 to meet significant growth in passenger traffic that is expected to more than double in 20 years. That’s what Airbus Africa and Middle East Marketing Director Bertrand Lestime said.

This growing demand nationally, which has quadrupled since 2002, will require 210 small aircraft, 41 and 9 medium and large aircraft respectively, said Lestime.
