Several sports media announced on Tuesday that Moroccan international Abderrazak Hamdallah is expected to join Aston Villa in the winter transfer window. The players’ agent for the English team based in Birmingham has confirmed that Hamdallah has received final agreement for his transfer from Al-Nasr Riyadh to the English club. John Harriot also said that the Moroccan player will receive a weekly salary of 100,000 pounds sterling.
According to Saudi media, the management of Al-Nasr has not received any offer from the English club, saying that the Moroccan player likes the club in the capital and does not intend to sign for another club.
The same sources said that Hamdallah is not currently attending training because he is sick. He added that Al-Nasr’s management forced him to stay home to rest before resuming training. Media recalled, at the same time, that the release clause of Hamdallah is 20 million euros.
