Andersen Global, an international association of independent and legally distinct member companies made up of tax and legal professionals from around the world, announced on Tuesday the signing of a collaboration contract with the firm “MA Global Consulting” in Morocco to expand its presence on the African continent.
The decision was made after a rigorous selection process that lasted several months, said Andersen Global in a statement.
“This collaboration is another key link in the expansion of our organization in Africa and is aimed at an important market that positions us for opportunities for continuous growth,” said Mark Vorsatz, Chairman of Andersen Global and CEO of Andersen, cited in the press release.
This choice seems very well justified, given that “MA Global Consulting” is one of the largest consulting firms in Morocco and supports large Moroccan companies and major subsidiaries of multinationals operating in various sectors of activity, adds the same source. Founded in 2005 and headed by chartered accountants Mehdi El Attar and Manar Fadriq, “MA Global Consulting” now has 3 partners and 30 employees, and provides tax and legal services, management consultancy and assistance in organization of the information system.
Created in 2013 by the American member firm Andersen Tax LLC, Andersen Global currently has more than 5,000 professionals worldwide and is present in more than 167 locations thanks to its “member firms” and “collaborating firms”.
