Attijariwafa bank signs a MoU with Mizuho Bank

Attijariwafa bank has signed a partnership agreement with Mizuho Bank, one of Japan’s largest banking and financial groups, on the sidelines of TICAD (Tokyo International Conference on African Development).

This agreement allows the signatory parties to formalize a cooperation framework to promote the sharing of best practices in banking, finance and business. It concretely allows cooperation in the areas of corporate banking, international trade operations, project financing and capital markets, says the Moroccan group, adding that this partnership will create added value for clients of two parts.

“The Attijariwafa bank group is the ideal partner to expand our network because of its strong pan-African roots and its leadership in North, West and Central Africa,” the Japanese bank said.
