BAM and Paris Europlace launch “Africa Blockchain Challenge”

Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM) and Paris Europlance launch, in partnership with HPS and Talan, the Africa Blockchain Challenge, a call for projects aimed at startups, especially African ones, to implement innovative solutions using the Blockchain or any other digital technology of rupture.

Under the theme “The Blockchain for Financial Inclusion”, this competition will touch on various themes of financial inclusion (monitoring of financial inclusion, financing of very small businesses, strengthening of financial education). Registrations will be made on www.africablockchainchallenge.com until 13 October 2019.

At the end, 15 startups will be selected to participate, between 14 and 25 October, in a personalized support cycle. 8 startups will be selected on October 29th for a 3-day Bootcamp that will start on November 18th before a Demo-day in Rabat on November 20th, where three projects will be awarded.
