Bitdefender, an international publisher of cybersecurity solutions, has just announced its partnership with Disty Technologies, a major player with high added value in IT distribution in Morocco. This partnership is part of Bitdefender’s international development strategy, which aims to grow on the Moroccan market.
“Bitdefender, which now integrates the portfolio of brands and products distributed by Disty Technologies, intends to offer its award-winning solutions to the entire network of local distribution partners and support the fight against cybercrime while supporting the significant digital transformation in the region,” said Gauthier Vathaire, brand marketing manager for the French publisher, at a press conference in Casablanca.
“As part of Bitdefender’s international development, we have chosen to intensify our presence in Morocco by launching a new range of consumer products dedicated to the Moroccan market and by partnering with a recognized partner on the market in order to allow all individuals to take advantage of new Internet services safely,” said Maxime Habert, Bitdefender Commercial Director
As a sign of its strong commitment to the region, Bitdefender also offers special editions reserved for the Moroccan market with a variation of its Bitdefender Internet Security and Bitdefender Total Security products protecting up to 10 devices.
In detail, Bitdefender offers online parental control of children while making it possible to locate their child. Also, this editor is, as Mr. Vathaire puts it, “much more than a simple antivirus”. Thus, it manages passwords. It is also an advertising anti-tracker among others.
