BMCE Bank wins ‘Best Bank of Africa’

The BMCE Bank of Africa Group won the prestigious “African Bank of the Year 2018” trophy awarded by the Leaders League Media and Rating Agency at the AIFA -Africa Investment Forum & Awards Forum, which held on November 8 in Paris. The “African Bank of the Year” award rewards the African bank with the most outstanding positioning on the continent. BMCE Bank of Africa is the most internationally oriented Moroccan banking group with a presence in some thirty countries in Africa, Europe and Asia, employing more than 15,000 employees worldwide, with a network of 1,650 points worldwide sales serving more than 6 million customers. This new recognition positions BMCE Bank as a universal bank, pursuing its strategy of national and international growth, more specifically through its operations in Africa, under the umbrella of the Bank of Africa Group. In Europe, through BMCE International Holding, grouping the two European subsidiaries based in London and Madrid, BMCE EuroServices, a payment institution serving the Moroccan and African diaspora. But also through a larger representation in Asia, particularly in China by the subsidiary BMCE Shanghai, in North America and the United Arab Emirates. The Group highlights new trends and presents innovative offers tailored to the needs of each client category, capitalizing on its business lines. BMCE Bank of Africa is expanding its presence in all of its presence markets by developing new niches, such as the Digital Bank, Participative Bank and Green Business.
