Carlos Ghosn: Court rejects request to attend Nissan board

The Tokyo court on Monday rejected the request of Carlos Ghosn to attend the board of the Japanese automaker Nissan, the business daily Nikkei reported.

The leader had been dismissed in November from Nissan’s presidency, a few days after his arrest on Nov. 19 in Tokyo, but he remained a director until the general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for April 8, did not vote his dismissal.
