The first companies will soon join their seats at the CFC tower. The iconic building is now at a 90% occupancy rate, with the next entry of a first core of 25 companies. “In total, about 1,500 employees will be based in the tower,” he told the CFC Authority.
The tenant mix is very diversified: from bank to insurance through consulting, energy, telecoms … with a single rate of MAD 250/m² excluding taxes and charges. Several multinationals and leading economic and financial players have chosen the CFC tower to set up their headquarters. Among them, the consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, the giant of the import-export Marubeni or the Direction of Bank Supervision of Bank Al-Maghrib …
In total, the 22-storey building will accommodate thirty companies. “For the other members, we are developing two new buildings for 2020-2021,” the source said.
The management of the building is entrusted to the consulting firm and management of CBRE real estate assets. “The tower will be managed like a 5-star hotel,” says Imane Kabbaj, CEO of CBRE Morocco. In other words, the companies installed will benefit from various services (janitorial, delivery, VTC, cleaning, security, valet …) like what is done in similar towers in Europe or elsewhere.
The idea is to create a community living space with an upscale welcome and an identity specific to the building. “A dedicated team with a general manager at its head will monitor and control the quality of services,” continues Kabbaj.
The benefits offered by the site are numerous, according to its designers. Located at the heart of the Casa-Anfa project, the CFC zone forms a central axis of 100 hectares with a strong environmental dimension illustrated by the presence of 50 hectares of green spaces.
It is an emblematic site in which live and work places and local amenities will come together. The whole is evolving in a sustainable development approach. Also noteworthy is the integration of public transport means, such as the tramway which has two lines at the site level, as well as areas dedicated to soft mobility for pedestrians and cyclists.
The notion of eco-design is also found in the CFC tower. The building is labeled LEED, an international reference for the design, construction and operation of high-performance sustainable buildings.
The connection to the city center and the motorway network, which allows you to reach the airport in less than 30 minutes by car, completes the offer of the area. Also, by grouping our member companies, the site will offer a real proximity to companies thus promoting synergies and the creation of business opportunities.
