CGEM and IFC join forces to boost private sector

CGEM and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Casablanca on Monday to set up a private sector consultation platform Moroccan dynamic.

This future platform will “support the revitalization of the Moroccan private sector, advocate for a better competition framework, support actions for the employability of women in companies,” explain the two signatories.

It is also a question of cooperating for the preparation of the next annual meetings of the IMF and the World Bank, to be held in Marrakesh in 2021. Note that the common platform will support a new wave of reforms aimed at promoting the private sector and promote the sharing of tools with the CGEM for a better participation of women in the economy.
