Chestertons settles in Morocco

The international real estate agency, Chestertons Global Franchise Holdings Limited, announced the opening of its very first branch in Morocco.

Based in Rabat, Chestertons Morocco will offer, in addition to the traditional real estate agency business, all the services that have made Chesterons International Real Estate Brokerage famous since 1805, such as advice, property search and mandate, management of property, real estate asset portfolio management, as well as asset valuation services, the company said in a statement.

The Rabat branch will serve the main large cities of the Kingdom, like Tangier, Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir or even Dakhla, by highlighting the most exclusive real estate projects in the Kingdom, the statement said, noting that attention special attention will be given to new developments as well as for buildings, apartments or villas.

This opening, which is part of the group’s expansion policy, comes just after a brand new establishment on the Spanish Costa del Sol last January, notes the same source.
