In the third quarter of 2019, CIH BANK posted consolidated net banking income of more than 1.81 billion dirhams, an increase of 8.8% compared to the same period of last year, mainly as a result of to the improvement of the result of the market activity, it is clear from its results on September 30, 2019.
The total balance sheet amounted to 70 billion dirhams at the end of the third quarter of 2019, an improvement of 7.8% compared to the end of December 2018. The customer deposits amounted to 41.5 billion dirhams at the end of September 2019, an increase of 12.1 % compared to end 2018 (37.1 billion dirhams).
Customer loans amounted to 50.8 billion dirhams in September 2019, up 7.3% compared to the end of 2018 (47.4 billion dirhams). CIH Bank says it has maintained its position as a digital bank in the third quarter of 2019 with the launch at the beginning of the year of Smart Services and new features CIH Mobile and CIH Net.
The certification of the quality management system linked to the bancassurance, electronic banking, corporate financing and real estate loans processes according to the ISO 9001-2015 standard has been confirmed, adds the bank. CIH Bank has also successfully closed a cash capital increase of MAD 497.8 million.
