Coronavirus: Assessment climbs to 10344 cases in Morocco

Morocco now registers 10344 confirmed cases of contamination with the new coronavirus, including 214 deaths and 8407 cures.

172 new cases of infection with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) have been confirmed in Morocco in the past 24 hours, bringing to 10344 the total number of cases of contamination in the Kingdom until Tuesday at 5:00 pm, announced the head of the service of epidemic diseases at the Directorate of Epidemiology under the Ministry of Health, Hind Ezzine.

No deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours. The total number of deaths from the virus in the country remains unchanged and stands at 214, said the official.

In addition, 41 new healings have been recorded, bringing the total number of people declared cured to 8407, she said.

Note that 564832 cases were excluded following negative laboratory tests.
