Coronavirus: Assessment climbs to 4423 cases in Morocco

Morocco has so far recorded 4423 confirmed cases of contamination with the new coronavirus, including 170 deaths and 984 cures.

102 new cases of infection with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) have been confirmed in Morocco in the past 24 hours, bringing to 4423 the total number of cases of contamination in the Kingdom until Thursday at 4:00 pm, announced Mohamed El Youbi, director of epidemiology and disease control at the Ministry of Health.

2 new deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus in the country to 170, the official said.

In addition, 56 new healings were recorded, bringing the number of people declared cured to 984, he said.

Note that 30418 cases were excluded following negative laboratory tests.
