Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has announced that it has set up a special device to help its customers manage their travel following the latest developments related to the coronavirus.
“Thus, customers who bought tickets before March 31, 2020 can, if they wish, postpone their trip until May 31, 2020, free of charge,” the company said in a statement.
“These specific provisions, already implemented when the virus spread on flights to and from China and Italy, will now be extended to all of the airline’s flights,” RAM said.
And to add: “Also, the RAM wishes to reassure its customers on the possibility of postponing the trip without charge at the latest 72 hours before the departure of the flight.
