Coworking: Swiss IWG opens new workspace in Morocco

Located on the corniche in the heart of the city of Casablanca, the emblematic Anfaplace Mall shopping center will host the “Spaces” coworking space from mid-July 2021.

Managed by the company IWG plc, this platform offers private and shared offices, meeting rooms and flexible rental formulas for companies and self-employed workers. IWG plc thus has several rental formulas, but also the possibility for companies to make their domiciliation there. Also, this space is intended to be adapted to the new uses of companies as well as to self-employed workers, business travelers, employees or even teleworking.

“This is our first center on the Corniche with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the emblematic district of the city,” said Salim Benchkroun, the regional sales manager of IWG plc. He pointed out that upscale hotels, restaurants, shopping centers including the Four Seasons as well as the shopping center, one of the most upscale in the country, surround the “Spaces”. He added: “It is the most prestigious address in the city and the country, famous for all Moroccans”.
