Cristiano Ronaldo does not intend to prosper only in football. The Portuguese international is also thinking of securing his retirement by investing, in particular, in business, including real estate. To this end, it is planned to open two of its hotels in Morocco, more precisely, in Marrakech, in 2020.
It is a project that refines the player of Juventus with the Portuguese Hotel Group, Pestana. If the total amount of the investment of the two hotel units of Marrakech has not been revealed, “Pestana CR7” and “Pestana Marrakech Medina” will have, respectively, 164 and 224 rooms.
The first, in particular, will be built in the “M VI Avenue”, a new “garden avenue”, located in the heart of Marrakech. It features 174 rooms and 2 restaurants, a business center and a spa. Here, the night will cost around 200 euros. Casablanca already has a Prestana hotel and another one is planned in Agadir.
In addition, the Pestana Group, which is known as the largest hotel chain in Portugal, also plans to invest in the opening of a hotel in Paris. “It makes perfect sense for the ”Pestana CR7” brand to move to Paris, one of the most visited cities in the world,” said a few months ago its leaders who are making an investment of 60 million euros, half of which will be sold by the fivefold gold ball, Cristiano Ronaldo.
In France, it will be a four-star hotel of 210 rooms, the largest of the network “CR7” to be located on the “Left Bank” in Paris, between the Austerlitz station and that of Lyon.
