The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has designated Bank of Africa as “the most active partner bank in Morocco in 2020” as part of its trade assistance program.
Thirty partner banks were awarded by the EBRD for the year 2020, during a virtual ceremony on June 30, on the occasion of the institution’s 30th annual meeting. The award recognizes all of the efforts made by Bank of Africa in Morocco to maintain international trade activities and mitigate the disruption of trade since the start of the Covid-19 health crisis.
To this end, the Moroccan bank has a large envelope of financing in foreign currency for foreign trade operations at cost, important for the financing in foreign currency of foreign trade operations at cost-term, thus representing a stable source of financing and secure.
The EBRD did not miss the opportunity to announce that its next annual meeting will take place in Morocco.
