Egypt, Morocco Seek Boosting Cultural Cooperation

Culture Minister Enas Abdel Dayem met with her Moroccan counterpart Mohamed Al Aaraj in the Moroccan city of Oujda to discuss means of boosting bilateral cooperation.

The meeting took up the important role culture plays to upgrade Arab societies, a statement by the Culture Ministry said Monday.

The two ministers talked about Morocco’s participation in the African Union year in Egypt in 2019.

Abdel Dayem said both countries share a long history in the fields of culture and arts.
