Emirates renews its recruitment operation in Morocco by organizing two open days in Casablanca on August 26th and Tangier on the 29th of the same month.
These new hires come in response to a need to strengthen the human capital of a growing airline. Emirates has just launched new routes throughout its network and acquired new aircraft.
“The cabin crew benefits from a comprehensive job package, which includes several benefits such as tax-free income, a completely free luxury accommodation in Dubai, free transportation to and from the venue work, medical and dental coverage, as well as exclusive discounts in many stores or for a whole range of leisure activities in Dubai,” says the company.
As for the profiles sought, Rashed AlFajeer, CEO of Emirates in Morocco, said that the crew must be open-minded, helpful, friendly and have an unshakeable sense of service. “These Open Days will allow many young people to start a promising career. Interested candidates will be required to present an updated curriculum vitae in English and a recent photo. Applicants should expect to spend the whole day there. Short-listed candidates will be informed of the schedules for future assessments and interviews,” says AlFajeer.
It should be noted that aircrews receive training on safety and quality of service on Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft. This training is provided at the Emirates Training Academy in Dubai. Successful candidates will join a team of more than 135 different nationalities, with no less than 419 people from Morocco.
