The national team has retained its 43rd place in the world ranking for the month of June, published this Thursday by FIFA on its website.
With a total of 1,456 points, the Atlas Lions are still in fifth place at the continental level, surpassed by Senegal (1st/1,555 pts), Tunisia (2nd/1,506 pts) and Nigeria (3rd/1,493 pts).
Logically, there have been no significant changes to the FIFA rankings, as international matches have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
At the top of the hierarchy, Belgium (1,765 pts) thus retains its leader’s chair, closely followed by France (1,733 pts) and Brazil (1,712). England, Uruguay, Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and Colombia complete the Top 10, in order.
The next global ranking will be published on July 16, 2020.
