Al Houara – Tangier
A luxury resort located on the seafront, just south of the city. It will include 150 rooms, suites and villas and a golf course designed by Graham Marsh.
Fairmont Taghazout Bay – Agadir
The hotel will feature 155 spacious sea-view rooms and 52 Fairmont branded villas, which are scheduled for sale no later than 2019, the first beachfront luxury villas ever built in Morocco.
Ritz Carlton – Rabat
“The beauty of the Moroccan landscape and culture is at the center of Ritz-Calton Rabat, Dar ES-Salam,” commented Forbes. With 440 hectares of oak forest and the Dar es Salaam Royal Golf course, the complex will feature five restaurants and lounges offering traditional Moroccan rituals.
Ritz Carlton/Tamuda Bay – Tetouan
The Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Tamuda Bay offers an upscale enclave that blends local design with natural beauty. Situated by the sea, the resort offers luxury amenities (beach club, golf course and upscale accommodation).
St. Regis/Tamuda Bay – Tetouan
The new hotel in the north of the country will feature 100 rooms and suites with sea views. The resort will feature a specialty restaurant, a full-service restaurant and a St. Regis bar inspired by King Cole bar in New York.
