Forbes: Akhannouch and Benjelloun, the only two Moroccans

Aziz Akhannouch and Othman Benjelloun are the only two Moroccans in Forbes’ new ranking of the world’s greatest fortunes.

Akhannouch, boss of Afriquia Gaz and Maghreb Oxygène, remains the first fortune of Morocco with assets estimated at $ 2 billion against $ 2.2 billion in March 2018. Amancio Ortega, the founder of Zara follows with 62.7 billion before Larry Ellison (62.5 billion) and the founder of Facebook, Marck Zuckerberg (62.3 billion) who loses nearly 10 billion dollars.
