Fouzi Lekjaa met Emmanuel Macron in Paris

Moroccan Football Federation President Fouzi Lekjaa met French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday (June 4th) at the Elysee Palace in Paris.

This meeting took place on the sidelines of the luncheon hosted by the French Head of State in honor of the 2018 French World Champion Team.

This lunch also coincides with the 69th FIFA Congress, which will be held from next Thursday in Paris. FIFA boss Gianni Infantino, members of the Executive Board and the FRMF President were invited.

Recall that the emergency meeting of the CAF executive committee, which began this Tuesday morning in Paris to “discuss regulatory issues” to be reserved for the match between the EST and the WAC had been suspended early afternoon to resume at 19:30 (GMT+2). Emmanuel Macron received the president and all FIFA members at the Elysee Palace.

The meeting was finally postponed to Wednesday, June 5th.
