This is a successful marketing hit for French Montana. The Moroccan rapper naturalized American created the buzz with the announcement of his next album which will be titled “Montana”. The native of Casablanca has published on his Instagram account the cover of his new album. A photo that makes a lot of talking on social networks.
“You do not have to change who you are. You can bring people into your own world! Here is the visual of my next album planned in November,” wrote the interpreter of “Famous”, accompanying his legend of a photo of him surrounded by young women wearing the niqab and red leather thigh boots.
This new, somewhat provocative poster quickly made the rounds of social networks. Many Internet users were shocked by the cover, which would be a poor representation of women. Some even accused the rapper of “sexualizing the niqab”.
The Moroccan also unveiled a three-and-a-half-minute trailer, which includes a title from the next project produced by Harry Fraud. The clip by Kid Art shows the 34-year-old in connection with his Muslim roots, while he is surrounded by a row of veiled women dressed in red boots.
