The number of deaths from H1N1 has increased to 30. This is what Abdelghani Dghimer, head of the hospital department at the Ministry of Health said in statement.
In fact, 30 patients died out of a total of 183 cases carrying the type A H1N1 virus, treated in public hospitals and private clinics throughout the Kingdom, he added.
The official also said that the epidemiological situation in Morocco “was not worrying”, saying the vaccine was available.
And to remember that deaths related to H1N1 influenza are due to complications related to at least one vulnerability factor, namely pregnancy, chronic diseases, advanced age and very young age.
