HPS: Mohamed Horani reduces his shares in society

Mohamed Horani drops his stake in HPS. On 2 July 2019, it sold 7,295 Hightech Payment Systems (HPS) shares in the central market at a unit price of MAD 3,300, thereby lowering the threshold for a 10% stake in the company’s capital, indicates the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).

Following this transaction, Horani now has 63,324 HPS shares, representing 9% of the company’s capital. The declarant intends to stop sales on the HPS value during the twelve months following this operation.
