Laurent Blanc would be the number one candidate to take charge of the Moroccan national team.
Since last Sunday, the national team of Morocco is without coach following the departure of Hervé Renard. The latter has chosen to give up its functions following the disappointing results that have been recorded (elimination in the first round of AfCON).
So who to succeed Renard on the Atlas Lions bench? Several names have been put forward, including Bruno Genésio and Vahid Halilhodzic. But whoever would be closest to this position is Laurent Blanc.
According to media, contacts would be well advanced between Laurent Blanc and the leaders of the federation (FRMF). An agreement could come very soon.
