“Let him relaxes”: Algerian campaign rejects the presidency of Bouteflika

Activists and users of Facebook in Algeria launched a campaign under the label of “Let him relaxes”, in the expression of the rejection of the candidacy of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika for a fifth consecutive term, and also in recognition of his health, which does not fit the work as a leader of the state, in the seat wheelchair because of the consequences of stroke Years ago.

An Algerian blogger opposed the candidacy of Bouteflika for the presidential election. “Any reasonable person who sees the president’s vision and is incapable of speech, thought and movement will know that he can not be nominated for a fifth term,” he said.

Another commentator pointed out that Bouteflika’s candidacy was behind political calculations and not his goal of serving the citizens by saying “there are parties in its interest that Bouteflika remain president of Algeria’s fifth mandate in the interest of their political and economic interests.

“How can President Abdelaziz Bouteflika run for a fifth term and he is not even able to announce it himself?” He said, while some activists expressed support for Bouteflika’s continuing presidency.
