Maghrebail, a subsidiary of BMCE Bank of Africa specializing in the leasing financing of equipment and real estate for professionals and businesses, generated a turnover of more than 2.7 billion dirhams at the end of September, an increase of 5.5% year-on-year growth. In the third quarter, sales reached 911.8 million dirhams, marking a rise of 6.4% year-on-year. In total, the net book outstanding amounted to 11.6 billion dirhams, down 0.33%. It consists of 55.7% of equipment and 44.3% of real estate.
It should be noted that the company’s new production fell by 0.2% to 1.96 billion dirhams. Equipment acquisitions also fell by 8.2% to 1.43 billion dirhams, while real estate leasing grew by 30.9 percent to 525.8 million dirhams. In addition, indebtedness stands at 10.7 billion dirhams, up 0.4%.
