Moroccan sahara: Beginning in Geneva of the 2nd day of the round table

The second day of the round table on the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara began on Thursday morning at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, with the participation of a Moroccan delegation led by Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and Cooperation.

Morocco takes part in this round table, strongly convinced of the justice of its national cause and confident in the UN process.

The Moroccan participation in this roundtable, which will end in the late afternoon, follows the invitation of the Personal Envoy of the UN Secretary General, Horst Köhler, addressed to Morocco, Algeria, to the “polisario” and to Mauritania.

The Moroccan delegation includes Mr. Omar Hilale, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom to the United Nations in New York, Mr. Sidi Hamdi Ould Errachid, President of the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra region, Mr. Ynja Khattat, President of the Dakhla-Oued region Eddahab and Mrs. Fatima Adli, community activist and member of the Smara City Council.
