Moroccan “Xpertize Africa” opens branch in Senegal

The Moroccan recruitment firm “Xpertize Africa” ​​has launched a new subsidiary in Dakar, with the aim of supporting Senegalese and international companies, while contributing to regional economic development. In Senegal, the new subsidiary of “Xpertize Africa”, which thus participates in the South-South dynamic driven by the Kingdom for several years, aims to enhance local expertise, according to a press release from the group.

“From this year, the firm will deploy the same services as in Morocco in terms of recruitment, HR advice, assessment and outplacement, in all sectors”, explained Mouhamadou Lamine Niang, general manager West Africa at within the firm, cited in the press release.

For Naïm Bentaleb, co-founder and managing director of Xpertize Africa, “the opening of this subsidiary in Dakar, in a country that is very important to us, is part of an approach resolutely oriented towards Africa. Convinced of the continent’s potential, our firm wishes to extend its presence there, in particular by supporting companies in the western zone to develop their human capital”.

Established in Morocco since 2012, “Xpertize Africa” continues its development on the African continent, where it already supports many companies.
