Morocco orders Harpoon missiles

The US Department of Defense has issued a decision approving a possible foreign military sale to Morocco of ten (10) AGM-84L Harpoon Block II type II air-launched missiles and related equipment at an estimated cost of $ 62 million. The contract will be communicated to the US Congress, says the US Department.

In addition to the Harpoon missiles, it covers the purchase of equipment such as containers, spare and repair parts, support and test equipment, publications and technical documentation. There is also training for military personnel, technical assistance from the United States government.
