Morocco is currently participating in the 57th edition of the International Agricultural Show which will be held from Saturday February 22 to March 1 in Paris (France).
For the 8ᵉ consecutive time, Morocco takes part in the 2020 edition of this international agricultural fair, after a successful participation in the 2019 edition. Organized by the Agency for Agricultural Development (ADA) in the wake of Morocco Green plan, the Moroccan participation comes within the framework of an ambitious strategy which aims to promote the products of the Moroccan soil.
For 10 days, more than 1,410 small farmers, including 489 women, from all parts of the Kingdom, exhibit livestock and products exclusively from agriculture.
This year, the Moroccan pavilion combines tradition and modernity. According to the ADA, it allows visitors to benefit from a total immersion, but also to live an extraordinary experience within a magnificent conglomerate of colors and flavors.
In addition, the national terroir products exhibited in Paris (argan, olive oil, saffron, dates, aromatic and medicinal plants, spices, henna, etc.) all meet particularly strict criteria (obtaining authorizations/approvals issued by the National Food Safety Office, quality of packaging, variety of ranges, etc.). They were carefully selected before being presented to the 700,000 visitors expected throughout the 9 days of the fair.
