The airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is about to launch four new lines to connect Marrakech to Europe.
“The project will create 4 new lines and should be completed in 15 days in order to start marketing during the month of October,” Abdelhamid Addou, CEO of RAM said.
The airline has previously linked Marrakech to Europe via Charles De Gaulles airport in Paris. With this project, RAM will serve four main European destinations: Paris, Milan, Brussels, Madrid. However, this revival is contingent on the evolution of the pandemic and the lifting of travel restrictions.
RAM made this decision after a meeting between Minister Nadia Fettah, the CEO of the airline, the CEO of the Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT) and the CEO of the National Confederation of Tourism (CNT). The ONMT will support the Moroccan transporter within the framework of this project, through promotional campaigns in the target countries.
