RAM maintains flights during health emergency

The government’s decision to extend the state of health emergency does not influence the special flights of Royal Air Maroc (RAM). In a statement posted online, the national airline reminded its customers that it maintains all of its special flights.

RAM ensures that its special flight program continues until September 10, 2020, despite this government decision. These exceptional flights, scheduled since July 15, are carried out in compliance with the restrictive measures imposed by governments by the various countries as part of this operation. According to the same company, the regular flights initially scheduled are replaced by these new special flights.

They therefore reminded her passengers in possession of tickets on scheduled flights to contact her call center to ask for the modalities of changing or canceling these tickets. The carrier also specifies that flights are available for sale on its website and through Royal Air Maroc call centers and sales offices as well as through travel agencies and the distribution network.

Regarding safety measures, passengers aboard RAM must have a negative PCR test dated within 48 hours and a serological test with the exception of children under the age of 11. Regarding passengers departing from Morocco, they must inform themselves about the health provisions required by the countries of their final destination and comply with them.

As for wearing a mask, Royal Air Maroc recalls that it is mandatory on all of its flights. In addition, handbags and bags for children and for computers are allowed on board as cabin baggage.
