Real Madrid: Zidane regrets the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo misses Zinedine Zidane. Speaking at a press conference before the Leganés-Real Madrid match, the French coach of the Merengue returned to the Portuguese’s departure for Juventus last summer.

Responding to questions from journalists about the lack of a leader in the Madrid club after the departure of CR7, Zidane said that Cristiano is irreplaceable.

“You can do what you want, but you can not replace Cristiano,” said Zidane. He added, “He’s gone and we can bring in other players. But they will not do what Cristiano did. It’s life.”

Recall that Real Madrid faces this Monday, April 15 at 20h (GM + 1) Leganés En-Nesyri, match counting for the 32nd day of Liga.
