Regus, the world leader in workspaces, is strengthening its presence in Morocco with the opening of three centers. After Casablanca and Tangier, he has recently inaugurated a new center in Rabat. With a total surface area of approximately 1,000 m², it is located in Mahaj Ryad near Annakhil Avenue. “This is our third site in the capital,” says Jalil Mohamed Yassin, head of Regus for the Rabat region. The other two are located in Souissi and Agdal.
“Like our centers in Morocco and around the world, Rabat offers a variety of flexible workspaces tailored to the needs of our clients: private offices, coworking space, meeting rooms …”, explains Mohamed Yassin. This offer is open to all types of companies, from start-ups to global companies, to SMEs and to self-employed professionals. This is the case of Amine Zoubir, interior designer, a client of the new center of Rabat. “Even without my own premises, I can meet my clients and organize work meetings, in good conditions, in other cities where Regus centers like Casablanca and Tangier are located,” says Zoubir.
In addition to the reservation of space, I also benefit from a wide range of services: telephone secretariat, mail management and access to the internet without forgetting the reception of my clients with professionalism on the part of the staff of these centers, he adds. As an architect, Amine also takes advantage of Regus’ regular networking meetings to boost her professional address book.
“At the last meeting, I was able to start negotiations with a renowned property developer to carry out decorative work on his behalf,” rejoices Amine. This formula suits him perfectly for the moment, because to open a cabinet in Rabat with a secretary requires at least a budget of the order of MAD 15.000 per month much higher than the price of his contract with Regus.
With us, a turnkey solution can start from around MAD 1,500 per month, says the head of Regus in Rabat. Established in Morocco since 1997, the Regus network already includes 13 business centers with nearly 2,000 companies currently using their services.
Note also that according to a press release of July 8, 2019, IWG (International Workplace Group), parent company of Regus, announces a plan to roll out, on a large scale, its franchise offer in 14 African countries, including Morocco.
