The French group specialized in surface treatment for anticorrosion inaugurated Wednesday its industrial site Electroplast. The plant, which required an investment of MAD 140 million, is installed in the industrial platform of Tangier Med and will employ 50 people at first. The staff could reach 120 people.
It is the group’s first factory outside France. This site supports the growth of the Moroccan automobile ecosystem, which is particularly marked by the establishment of Renault and Peugeot manufacturers. This new site covers an area of 20,000 m² with an industrial building of 8,200 m² devoted to the treatment of zinc-nickel and cataphoresis for metal parts, on fully automated lines.
The site is also equipped with an effluent treatment plant benefiting from the best available techniques.
