The Football Federation changes equipment supplier

End of contract on June 30 after 7 years of collaboration, the German firm Adidas will no longer continue the adventure with Morocco.

Indeed, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) did not want to extend Adidas. Puma, the other German equivalent will now dressed the Moroccan selections.

“A special commission was set up to review the tenders and after evaluation, the FRMF concluded a contract with the equipment manufacturer Puma for a period of 4 years (2019-2023)”, unveiled the FRMF this Saturday.

The Moroccan Federation reveals the advantage with the new equipment manufacturer: “The clauses of the contract stipulate that Puma will supply sports equipment to all national selections. The amount of the new contract has doubled compared to the amount of the previous contract with Adidas”.

In breaf, good news for Moroccan fans. In addition, they openly criticized the jersey worn at the 2018 World Cup.

Finally, a new period opens in Morocco. After the debacle at AfCON 2019, the Federation is currently looking for a new coach. And if that was not enough, the FRMF will change equipment manufacturer.
