The Forum for the employment of people with disabilities returns for a 4th edition

The association ‘Espoir Morocco’ is organizing today the 5th of December the fourth edition of the forum for the employment of people with disabilities in partnership with several organizations and associations.

A major concern for all actors in society, the professional integration of people with special needs is at the heart of all challenges.

Today, for people with disabilities in Morocco, the exercise of a professional activity is an important factor of survival, autonomy, recognition within his family and his community.

Promoting access to employment for people with disabilities in a company is for all of us a challenge for equality and a major challenge for the professional integration of people with special needs in Morocco. The previous edition was a real success with the participation of more than 1,000 job seekers with disabilities from all over Morocco as well as the mobilization of 30 companies and partners.

This meeting will be organized around four objectives:

  • Connect people with disabilities to private or public companies through Employment, Training, Social and Support Workshops
  • Connect people with disabilities to entrepreneurship promotion managers in Morocco
  • Prepare people for employment through practical coaching workshops
  • Allow them to know the associations that can help them in their life project

A true forum for exchange, the forum will bring together workers with disabilities and employers to reduce prejudices on disability, and promote better integration into business. This first meeting aims to become a real meeting whose main objective is to make recruiters and civil society more aware of the importance of employability and job retention for people with disabilities in the public and private sectors.
