The King calls to correct dysfunctions in administrative deconcentration

The Sovereign called on Tuesday, during the speech of the 66th anniversary of the Revolution of the King and the People, to correct the dysfunctions of the administration, in order to better apply on the ground the Charter of administrative deconcentration.

“Despite all the efforts made and the laws adopted, one thing is clear: many cases are still handled at the level of central governments in Rabat, to the point that programmed projects are slowed or delayed and sometimes, abandoned,” lamented King Mohammed VI, urging the government to “give priority to this issue, correcting the dysfunctions of the Administration and mobilizing qualified skills, at regional and local levels.”
