The Court of First Instance of El Hoceima last Thursday sentenced the person who had called for the murder of Saad-Eddine El Othmani, to one year in prison.
Born in the commune of Beni Bouayach, the young man was also fined. He was prosecuted for “incitement to commit crimes and crimes”.
Recall that the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie Beni Bouayach (province of Al Hoceima), proceeded on Saturday, December 22, the arrest of the person, twenty years after the publication of a post Facebook prompting the death of Saad-Eddine El Othmani.
In his message, the young man had expressed his wish to see the head of government be “beheaded” instead of two Scandinavian tourists killed in the region of Imlil.
In addition, Agadir police arrested a 21-year-old man on Friday (December 21st) who published a Facebook statute about the murder of the two Scandinavian tourists in the Imlil region.
As a reminder, the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigation arrested on December 20 and 21 nine individuals – in addition to the first four suspects arrested – in Marrakesh, Essaouira, Sidi Bennour, Tangier and Chtouka Ait Baha who would be involved in the killing of the two tourists.
