3 Moroccans decorated with the Legion of Honor

Three Moroccan personalities were decorated Wednesday in Rabat, with the Legion of Honor of the Republic of France. They are Omar Aït Salah, Chief of Protocol to the Head of Government, Chakib Guessous, Radiologist and socio-anthropologist and Khammar Mrabit, Director General of the Moroccan Agency for Nuclear and Radiological Safety and Security.

These decorations were presented by the Ambassador of the Republic of France in Morocco, Jean-François Girault, on behalf of the President of the Republic of France, during a ceremony enhanced by the presence of several personalities of the worlds of politics, business, diplomacy and art.

The decorated personalities expressed their pride for this distinction, which comes in recognition of a personal and professional achievement and invokes the common history that unites Morocco and France and the strong and indestructible links between the two countries.
