The execution of the master plans for deconcentration administration will be spread over three years. On Thursday, the Council of Government adopted the draft decree N° 2.19.40 fixing the reference master plan of the administrative deconcentration, in application of the provisions of article 20 of the decree 2.17.618 bearing charter of the administrative deconcentration.
This text “aims at compiling a certain number of the model in the reference master plan of the administrative deconcentration as a document framing the implementation of this building site within the various ministerial departments”, specified the spokesman of the government, Mustapha El Khalfi.
These data relate to skills, including decision-making skills, which will be transferred to deconcentrated services (deconcentrated administrative structures at the regional, prefecture or provincial level).
They also concern the distribution of human resources in the central and deconcentrated services at the regional, prefecture and provincial levels, as well as the distribution of material resources. It should be noted that the departments concerned have 6 months to present their roadmap.
