The Moroccan national team qualified for the semi-finals of the 6th AfCON of Futsal 2020 by dominating widely (8-1) Thursday evening in Laâyoune with its counterpart from Equatorial Guinea (Group A).
National team goals were scored by Mohamed Jaouad, Soufiane El Mesrar, Saad Knia, Achraf Mohamed Saoud (2 goals), Soufiane Bourite and Driss Rayess El Fenni.
Morocco took the lead in Group A after winning their first day 3-0 against Libya, who forfeited Thursday’s game against Mauritius.
Group B is made up of Egypt, Guinea, Angola and Mozambique.
