In this context, he stressed that Morocco plans to commit heavy investment in innovation and experimentation in telemedicine and e-health ranging from digital hospital to the creation of telemedicine platforms in the 12 regions of the Kingdom. These investments will improve access and equity in care at a lower cost and provide better treatment with greater comfort and safety for the patient, he added, noting that UHC will not be achieved. without the help of “digital health”.
Congress director Khalil Daffar noted that telemedicine has become a reality in Morocco and is being tested in some parts of Morocco to alleviate the lack of human resources. Digital health will play a lever in strengthening the national health system, he insisted.
